2 Day Safari Packages

Day 1: Zanzibar – Dar es Salaam – Morogoro – Mikumi National Park

Your adventure begins with an early morning hotel pick-up in Zanzibar and transfer to the ferry terminal. You will board the first ferry departing at 7:00 AM, arriving in Dar es Salaam at approximately 8:30 AM.

Upon arrival, our driver will transfer you to the train station to catch the 9:40 AM Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) train to Morogoro. You will arrive at Morogoro Station at approximately 11:40 AM, where our safari driver-guide will be waiting to welcome you.

From Morogoro, enjoy a scenic drive to Mikumi National Park and begin your exciting afternoon game drive. Explore the park’s vast landscapes and abundant wildlife while enjoying a picnic lunch in the bush. Continue the game drive until sunset before heading to your lodge inside the park for dinner and an overnight stay.

Relax and prepare for another unforgettable safari experience the following day.

Day 2: Sunrise Safari – Morogoro – Dar es Salaam – Zanzibar

After an early breakfast at the lodge, your guide will pick you up for a spectacular sunrise game drive. Experience the beauty of Mikumi as the wildlife becomes active in the cool morning hours.

Continue exploring the park until lunchtime. After lunch, enjoy a final short game drive until approximately 2:00 PM, then depart for Morogoro Railway Station.

Board the 4:00 PM train from Morogoro to Dar es Salaam, arriving at approximately 6:00 PM. Upon arrival, our driver will transfer you to the airport for your flight back to Zanzibar.

Once you arrive in Zanzibar, our team will be waiting at the airport to transfer you back to your hotel.
